A self-evaluation checklist is offered
as a tool to aid in self-evaluation.
It may be particularly helpful to newcomers
as they begin to understand codependency.
It may aid those who have been in recovery
a while to determine what traits still need attention and transformation.
By working the Steps and Traditions,
and sharing our experience,
strength and hope,
we find the strength to be that which God intended, Precious & Free,
with healthy, loving relationships.
We find the Promises coming true,
one day at a time.
Somewhere along this road we learn about codependence….
from a friend or a therapist….
Many of us wonder if codependence
describes who we are.
When you find your first meeting,
and walk in the door,
you will find a safe place,
where all are welcome.
